Published list prices only. Every price on this page is copied from the vendor's own pricing page, with the date we read it. We pre-fill nothing: the seats, the transactions and the price you were quoted are yours to type. Vendors change prices and quote some accounts individually, so treat the result as a starting point and confirm with the vendor.
1. Your numbers
A whole number, 1 or more.
Used only to turn a yearly cost into a cost per transaction.
Nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere. The numbers are worked out in your browser, so the page works offline.
2. A price you were quoted (optional)
Type the monthly price from a quote or an invoice and it gets its own row below, worked out the same way as the published prices.
3. What each option costs
Where each price comes from
dotloop. Premium (Agents) $34.99 per month, or $344 per year. A free tier up to 10 loops. Teams and Business+ list “Contact Us” instead of a price, so they are not priced here.
dotloop plans and pricing page, read 2026-10-03. dotloop.com. The same page's button read “Buy for $29 User/Month” when we read it, and dotloop has shown other figures on a variant page. We use the plan card. If you were quoted a different number, type it in box 2.
SkySlope. Suite is listed as “starting at $340 per month”. The price is by quote and no per-seat figure is published, so this page shows the starting price as a floor and computes no per-seat cost for it.

Real Deal Pro. Free ($0, up to 3 active deals), Solo ($59 per month, or $49 per month billed annually), Team ($99 per seat per month, or $79 per seat per month billed annually, up to 50 seats). The Solo row is shown for one seat and the Team row for two or more.

What this page does not include
- Anything the vendor does not publish. Quote-only tiers, team and brokerage plans listed as “Contact Us”, discounts, setup fees, add-ons and taxes are not in these figures.
- What each plan includes. Plan limits, e-signature allowances, support levels and integrations differ. The comparison is price only. Check what the plan covers before you decide.
- Other tools. Only the three vendors above are priced. For anything else, use box 2 with the number you were given.
- How a vendor counts a transaction. The cost per transaction divides the yearly cost by the number you typed. It does not model per-loop or per-file limits.
