Accessibility Statement

Real Deal Pro (the SaaS product operated by Real Deal Pro, Inc.) is committed to making its platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are working to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard widely referenced by U.S. accessibility law.

Measures we take

Accessibility is part of how we build the product, not an afterthought. On an ongoing basis we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and labeled form controls so the interface works with keyboards and screen readers.
  • Provide visible focus states and support keyboard navigation for interactive elements.
  • Aim for text and interface color contrast that meets WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
  • Build responsive layouts that remain usable when text or the browser is zoomed.
  • Consider accessibility when we add or change features, and fix barriers we become aware of.

Conformance status

The WCAG guidelines define three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Real Deal Pro is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We treat full Level AA as a goal we are actively working toward, and we review accessibility as the product evolves rather than treating this statement as a final certification.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known and possible limitations include:

  • Some embedded third-party components (for example, address-autocomplete and payment fields) follow the accessibility behavior of the provider and may not match the rest of the interface.
  • Generated and uploaded PDF documents may not always be fully tagged for assistive technology. We can provide an accessible alternative on request.
  • Newer or less common screen-reader and browser combinations may occasionally behave inconsistently.

Compatibility

Real Deal Pro is designed to work with current versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) on desktop and mobile, used together with up-to-date assistive technologies such as screen readers. It may not be fully compatible with browsers more than two major versions old.
