Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective October 12, 2026 · Version 1.5
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request that businesses do not sell or share their personal information with third parties. This page explains how Real Deal Pro (the SaaS product operated by Real Deal Pro, Inc.) handles personal information and how California residents can exercise that right.
We do not sell your personal information
Real Deal Pro does not sell, rent, or trade personal information of our users (including California residents) to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We process personal information only to provide the platform's services to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Analytics
We do not use retargeting or build advertising audiences from your activity on our site. We do use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, non-advertising use of our website and application, with Google signals and ad personalization switched off, so it is not used for advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is a non-essential analytics cookie that loads only if you choose "Accept All" in the cookie banner. Everywhere else, including California, it is on from your first page view and you can turn it off at any time — "Turn off analytics" in the cookie notice, or "Cookie settings" in the page footer — and it stays off in that browser. In every region it never loads when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. The remaining third-party scripts are strictly necessary to operate and secure the service (error monitoring, payment processing, mapping, and authentication) and load without separate consent. The full list and each provider's policy are in our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
Two other things we keep are not shared with any advertising platform: our own first-party page counters, which record daily totals of which public pages and tools were used and carry no identifier of any kind, and our hosting providers' access logs (website logs are deleted after 180 days), which we use for security and aggregate measurement only. Both are described in the Privacy Policy under "Website Measurement and Server Logs". Neither is used for advertising measurement.
Advertising measurement, and how to opt out
From October 12, 2026, if you came to our website by clicking an ad on Google, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), LinkedIn or Microsoft Advertising, and you then request a call, create an account, become an active user or make a first payment, we may tell that ad platform. We send the click identifier from the ad you clicked, a SHA-256 hash of your email address, the name and time of the step, a random reference number for that step, and, for a payment, the amount and currency; Meta also receives the address of a page on our website (where you requested the call, otherwise our home page) and a time for your click. The full list is in our Privacy Policy under “Advertising Measurement”. This lets the platform count which of our ads led to that step. We send it only to the platform whose ad you clicked. We do not send your name, phone number or anything in your account, and we do not sell this information. Some privacy laws, including California’s, may treat this kind of disclosure as “sharing”, so you can opt out of it here.
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it is on unless you opt out. Inside those regions it happens only if you choose “Accept All” in the current version of the cookie banner. It never applies to anyone who requested a call or created an account before October 12, 2026. Any of these turns it off: the button below, “Turn off analytics” in the cookie notice or “Cookie settings” in the page footer, or a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal from your browser. The button and the cookie choices apply in the browser where you use them; if you are signed in to your account there, they also turn it off for your account. You can also email privacy@real-deal-pro.com and we will stop it for your account or your call request.
